Lifetime Limited Warranty on GAF shingles and qualifying accessories when installed as a full roofing system with at least three GAF products by a GAF‑certified contractor .
50-year Smart Choice Protection Period for non‑prorated material coverage (typically 50 years for dimensional shingles).
Tear-off, labor, and disposal costs included if material defects necessitate a full replacement .
The home is located in the Alden Heights neighborhood. As part of the Renovate Norfolk Program, the shingles were replaced with GAF HDZ Architectural shingles. We also replaced a rotten header, window, and siding. Other improvements include a full exterior painting and landscaping.
We at DH Construction & Improvements LLC had the privilege of working with Huntington Pointe Condominiums. Over a three-year period, we replaced the 3-tab roofing shingles and skylights on all twelve buildings with GAF HDZ Architectural shingles and Velux skylights.
